Delivery information
In the event that your order can’t be fulfilled, I will process your refund immediately.
If your order is urgent, please contact me before placing your order to see how quickly it can get to you.
Destinations
I currently ship to customers in the following countries: United Kingdom, Guernsey, Jersey, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, United States. If you live outside of these zones please get in touch for a delivery quote.
Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply - I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
For standard UK delivery, there is a flat fee of £2.95 for all items except paintings. Orders can be upgraded at checkout for first class delivery (charges are calculated by weight). Paintings are sent via DHL with a UK delivery fee of £15.
International delivery charges are calculated by the final total weight of the products you are ordering.
Production times
There can be delays during my busiest periods.
I aim to notify you as soon as possible about any delays with your order. If for any reason an item is unavailable, I will notify you and offer you a full refund.
Ready-made art prints
My Ready-made art prints take between 5-8 working days and 3 weeks to be delivered, as some are produced on receipt of your order. Please check each product’s delivery timelines, and do get in touch if you need anything quicker.
Prints up to A4 in size are sent flat, bigger sizes are sent rolled.
Homeware
Please allow 5-8 working days to receive your homeware (tea towels, placemats and coasters) and paintings (UK).
Paintings
Paintings are sent flat (canvas boards) or stretched in the UK. Please allow 2-4 working days.
If you would like to purchase a painting from outside the UK, please get in touch before purchase for a delivery quote.
Bespoke and customised art pieces require a longer dispatch as individual designs have to be created. I share visuals of the design with you before the print is produced, and liaise with you throughout the process via email.
UK shipping
I send all UK orders (except paintings) second class via Royal Mail or DHL, (requiring a signature on delivery) and will notify you as soon as your order has been dispatched. Standard delivery has a flat fee of £2.95. You can upgrade at checkout to First Class, for delivery in 3-5 working days or 2-3 weeks for prints that are printed on order. UK mainland shipping for this is charged from £5.95 to £25 depending on weight.
Paintings have a delivery fee of £15 for UK orders. They are sent via DHL (estimated within 2-4 working days) and a signature is required on delivery.
International shipping
International orders are sent via DHL or through a tracked & signed for service, starting at £20. Please get in touch for delivery quotes for my placemats, coasters and paintings prior to purchase.
